OUR JOURNEY

The beginnings of Navin’s were anything but easy. It took years of perseverance to get our first project off the ground. It was an uphill journey, but our commitment to excellence and integrity kept us moving forward to what we have over 125+ projects today.

Since inception in 1989, we at Navin's have placed the customer at the center of everything we do from the selection of site, scrutiny of titles, efficient planning of functionally elegant apartments in our projects, adherence to rules and regulations, ensuring high quality of construction with carefully chosen materials, and craft buildings that are both aesthetically pleasing and built to last. STARTED ?

The story began with the Chairman Dr. R Kumar’s time as a planner with CMDA. Every day, he encountered families who had poured their life savings into buildings constructed without approved plans. He saw their heartbreak as these structures, often their dreams of owning a house, were shut down or demolished due to violations. It wasn’t just brick and mortar being torn apart; it was the hope and hard work of countless individuals and families.

Dr. R Kumar couldn’t stand by and watch. He wondered, isn’t there a way to do this right? A way to build homes ethically, professionally, and in full compliance with the law, homes that would stand the test of time and offer peace of mind to generations? This question became his mission.

The Chairman believed in more than just constructing buildings. He wanted to build homes where people could feel safe, secure, and proud, homes crafted with care, quality, and a deep sense of responsibility. This dream became the foundation of the business organization. What started as one man’s desire to protect the aspirations of others has grown into a legacy of trust and excellence called “Navin’s – The Home Makers Who Cares!”
