Actually I have two flats at Tambaram of my own, I have rented it out and choose to come here as a tenant just to feel and enjoy the ambience at this vibrant community and it was my kids' decision not the parents' decision to come to Navin’s and we are feeling happy. Lots of vibe around each tower and the kids are the champions here We are very fond of everyday events at this community.

This was my first apartment. The best part of Navin’s which i like was out of 100% area you have 70% greenery and 30% is the build-up area that’s the main thing because you have the views you have the trees plants everything which we personally like.
