Your request to block the apartment/villa / plot is subject to the following terms & conditions:

The Promoter’s Agreement has to be entered into within 15 days of signing this booking form. In the event of

non-execution of the Promoter’s Agreement within 15 days;

• The blocked unit gets automatically unblocked, and will become open for booking by any third party
• The amount paid by you towards blocking of the apartment shall be refunded subject to Cancellation Charges of ` 25000/-, and the balance amount shall be refunded only after the said unit is booked by any third party
•  Price details shared through cost sheet, and the terms and conditions herein are only indicative and not final or exhaustive. The consideration and terms that are mentioned in the Promoter’s Agreement will be final
