The Promoter's Agreement has to be entered into within 15 days of signing this booking form. In the event of non-execution of the Promoter's Agreement within 15 days

The blocked unit gets automatically unblocked and will become open for booking by any third party
The amount paid towards blocking of the apartment shall be refunded subject to Cancellation Charges and the balance amount shall be refunded only after the said unit is booked by any third party
